Eye Opening Health Red Pills Pt. 1 - Should You Trust Them?

Homeopathic health solutions have been around since the beginning of time. When we were cavemen, we used herbs and plants to heal ourselves. 50 years ago, your grandparents used Castor Oil, Robitussin, and Whiskey to treat everything. Today, the mantra seems to be "there's a pill for that".

As healthcare has become more formalized, one thing that can be said is that it has progressively become more expensive while arguably becoming less effective.

While some blindly trust degrees or lab coats, the image above is exactly why I wanted to write this article. In this article, I'm going to challenge some of the current doctrines and broaden your mind as to what's really going on. Stick with me, I'm going to be dropping some bombs.

First things first, this article might get me murked. So if I come up missing or I end up locked up, just know that I did NOT delete myself! Nah just kidding...or am I? We are living in a very interesting times folks!

Disclaimer: While I do focus on helping men achieve their peak health, I’m not a doctor or a medical expert, nor do I diagnose illness or prescribe pharmaceuticals. I’m just a brotha with an affinity for herbs and herbal medicines. What I’m about to share shouldn’t be taken as a substitute for qualified medical expertise. It’s simply my experience and views on the subject. Before you make any changes in lifestyle or diet, talk to your doctor or healthcare provider.

Now that we've gotten that out the way, tighten your chinstraps men, I'm about to go in!

7 Eye-Opening Health Red Pills

1. How do you explain this statistic?

Mic drop. It's hard for me to blindly trust when year after year, medical malpractice is one of the top leading causes for death in the United States. This means, your health provider, the person entrusted to protect your health has a higher chance of killing you than Tyrone from the block, the girl texting while driving down the street, and all the wild weekend partying. Which leads me to my next point.

2. Why don't they get in trouble for most medical malpractice?

A large percentage of doctors have medical malpractice insurance. In fact, it's one of their largest costs of doing business. Despite the expense, it's smart given the fact that over 34% of ALL doctors have been sued for medical malpractice. If a cop kills someone in the line of duty he or she could go to jail. Why is it that doctors rarely face disciplinary action when they commit even grave negligence that results in the critical, permanent injury or death of a patient? As a well paid and highly credentialed individual who, unlike a police offier, isn't in grave danger in most cases in their line of duty, shouldn't they be held to the same standard

3. Is this how serious professionals (with our health in their hands) should act

I can think of anything that pissed me off this past year than seeing this. Imagine taking an oath to honor your patients and then being caught doing this on CAMERA!? I understand the job can get stressful, but if people are supposedly dying and the hospitals are filled to the brim, how'd you find the time to do this? Yikes!

4. Is your health professional heavily indebted? If so, to who?

Debt isn't a bad thing, debt, when used responsibly allows us to extend our purchasing power and achieve higher ROIs. But on the flip side, debt can make us do a ton of things that we do not want to do. Fields like the military, the church, and the financial sector require job seekers to have low levels of debt. The reason for this is because high levels of debt could incentivize bad activities. What does that say about your doctors who owe on average a quarter of a million dollars? Taking the same logic as the military, church, and financial sector, are they acting in your best interest or acting in the interest of their debt holders? Maybe your debt even plays a factor in my next point?

5. How much weight does one doctor's diagnosis carry?

A study by the Journal of Evaluation in Clinical Practice found that about 1 in 5 patients are incorrectly diagnosed. They found this by documenting the fact that about 21% of people requesting a second opinion left the doctor's office with a distinctly different diagnosis. How does one doctor diagnose an issue completely different from another? This fact combined with the fact that over 250,000 Americans die from medical error, it really makes you wonder...

6. Why aren't natural solutions a first step?

Most doctors tout that alternative medicines are scientifically unproven, and therefore cannot be trusted. What these doctors don't say is that many of the things that they do and prescribe are also medically unproven *cough* cough*. Maybe they have an alterior motive? Maybe they enjoy their monopoly on all things health? Maybe they're indebted and have to sell these pharmaceuticals? Who knows? Maybe I'm just a crazed conspiracy theorist. Once thing's for certain is alternative medical options are becoming increasingly mainstream. In fact, in Britain, there are now more alternative medical practitioners than general practioners, a remarkable development considering that, while the British public do not have to pay to visit their GP, they do have to pay to visit alternative medical practitioners.

7. The Tuskegee Experiments

If you're a black man reading this, chances are you're already less trusting to the health system as it is. For 40 years, the medical system, the system that is supposed to keep us safe, knowingly infected black men with syphillis. They purposefully and knowingly ran a health experiment on us for 40 FUCKING YEARS folks. And you think they wouldn't do something like that again...?

Wrapping It Up

Still blindly trusting them people? Maybe you're still skeptical about what I said, I mean they do have PHDs and doctorates right? They do use a ton of big words and have those lab coats that make them look so official right? Men this is just part one, in a few weeks I'm going to come back with some a part 2 where we'll go a little bit further down the rabbit hole in a few weeks. It's going to get really real my friends. And of course we're going to go in on the jab!
