Is Fitness the Key to Attracting Women?

Some men want to get fit to feel good and more energetic throughout the day. Some men, want to get fit so that they can avoid sickness and live longer. Some just do it to look and feel like a man. But, let's face it, one of the biggest reasons most guys want to be physically fit is to attract ladies.

Legends in the game like Rom Wills, actually tout that "body game" is not only more important than looks, money, and status alone but easier to achieve than all three of those.

But I would go as far as to say that men have known for thousands of years that ALL women crave men who are muscular, lean, and strong. This isn’t surprising, of course. Having a fit, healthy, athletic body screams vitality to her ovaries.

Unlike the resource provider or high-status man, the attraction a woman has to a man's physicality is more carnal in nature. Yes, game, status, and resources definitely help you attract women. But when we think about the one she viscerally lusts after, that guy is typically going to be a guy she is physically attracted to. Not to mention, that guy sees a completely different side of her too. A much freakier, much more wild, and enthusiastic version that requires MUCH

Now before you go putting your head down, saying that you'll never have the ideal body that attracts women, studies do show that the exact body preferences of every woman differ.

Research suggests that most women are generally attracted to only a handful of physical traits in men. Ultimately while many men think women prefer the bulky bodybuilder look, in reality, women prefer more moderately muscled, athletic-looking guys. In addition, the studies find that they want guys with slightly more muscle and significantly less body fat than the average person.

What does that mean? Bigger isn't always better and you don't have to look like he-man to attract women. Moderate muscle and less than average fat are all it takes to get you in the door with most women!

 

So if you’re a guy and looking to attract and bed more women, getting more physically fit by reducing body fat in your stomach should be near the top of the list. Plus, I know that it wouldn't hurt for every [straight] red-blooded man reading this blog post to get a more freaky and more enthusiastic sex partner. Men, here are some easy-to-implement lifestyle changes to shave off that body fat.

The simplest start to reducing body fat is cutting out fatty drinks. Why drink your calories men? Liquid calories don't even make you feel full and alcohol has a host of trouble that goes along with it. This one is a no-brainer, plus little hinges swing big doors men, cutting out the beverages is the simplest way to kickstart your journey to 6-pack abs.

White Bread

White bread contributes directly to the visceral fat that grows in your belly area and on your vital organs. This one is a simple fix, you don't have to cut bread out per se, you just have to change them out for whole grains as whole-grain breads actually can help to lower body fat.

Potato Chips

Potato chips hit you in three ways. First, they are filled with trans-fats and saturated fats - a direct contributor to abdominal fat gain. Second, they are salty and cause bloating. Finally, they don't even make you feel full, so you could eat a whole bag and not even be satiated. A healthier alternative is carrot or celery sticks.

HIIT

Short intense bursts have proven to be more effective in burning fat. High-intensity interval training or HIIT training has been proven to reduce waist circumference in various studies. Not to mention, these training sessions are much shorter than long, extended periods of cardio, so you can knock out your workouts quicker!

Ab-Roller

There's a reason boxing greats like Floyd Mayweather and GGG are heavy advocates of the ab roller. The ab roller is one of the best ab-workouts that you can do. It centers on your abs and obliques but hits your serratus (boxer's muscle) and deltoids as well. This is a total core exercise that will melt the fat off your midsection and help you punch harder in boxing.

Planks

Ditch the situps and crunches. Planks are better because they don't just work your core: They work your entire body. Planks require your arms, your legs, and all of your abs, making them an all-encompassing ab-workout and a more efficient way to exercise.
